Joe is originally from Philadelphia, and Gift is from Thailand. They met through a shared love of food and adventure, and now run Water Rudders together.
Joe has spent many years working as an executive chef in restaurants across the U.S. He’s all about cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and creating dishes that are simple, honest, and full of flavor. Gift brings her warm personality and love of hospitality to everything she does.
They spend their time off traveling, exploring new places, tasting food from different cultures, and reading wherever they go. Water Rudders is where they bring those experiences home—through food, stories, and good company.
